With a 24hour support and advice line open to all employees and their immediate family members, the service guarantees total confidentiality for users and is firmly established in meeting the needs of all organisations, regardless of size.

Alcohol is the UK's "favourite drug". It may be widely available, easily affordable, and regularly used, but that does not mean that is it not a harmful and dangerous substance. Our services are based around the three key areas of; education, counseling and support. As the range of services continues to grow, as it has over the past two years, we aim to further expand both the scope and scale of services offered.
Addiction is a disease that affects approximately one in ten adults. It centres in the brain and affects the physical being. Whilst the most obvious feature of addiction is the harmful use of a drug of choice - cannabis, cocaine, crack, amphetamine, ecstasy, heroin, methadone, crystal meth, LSD, or "downers" like benzodiazepines and barbiturates, and even alcohol - it is the fundamental way of thinking that needs the most intensive treatment if the cycle of addiction is to be broken.
